New to Contemporary Concepts - Kyocera ceramic knives and kitchen tools. If your knives have seen better days, or you're just starting out, consider the advantages of ceramic blades. Kyocera ceramic blades will stay sharp 10x longer than a traditional steel blade! The ceramic is also chemically inert so it will not react with any foods, won't rust, but it does resists germs and cleans easily.
