Today's Prescription: Fourth of July means parties and picnics!

This weekend brings together families and friends for barbecues, picnics, and festive outdoor (if you're lucky!) parties.  Are you ready for yours?  Whether you are hosting or attending, we've got all sorts of goodies to help you prepare:

This weekend many of us will gather with our families to celebrate Father's Day.  Show your Father how much you love and appreciate him with a thoughtful gift.  Here are just a few ideas you can grab this week from us:
